The greatest Greek composer.
Born July 29th 1925 , on the Greek Island of Chios.
He is well known world wide for his score of the film Zorba the Greek(especially Zorba's Dance)-1964.
Z(A Famous Political Film)- 1969
And of course Serpico - 1973.
He has written many memorable music pieces and are considered masterpieces in music.
Amongst his other famous works are..
Canto General(Pablo Neruda) - Antigone -Medea - Iphigenia -State Of Siege -Phaedra - As well as Symphonies in classic music.
